Mission
The organization’s mission is to develop Québec entrepreneurial culture through the start-up and recognition of new businesses and entrepreneurial projects in the schools and the community at large.

The Contest is organized at
three different levels: local, regional and provincial. We can count on
the support of over 400 local representatives for promoting and / or
organization of the contest all over the province. They are key factors of
our success.
Local Level:
For Student
Entrepreneurship Division, they are the school boards, private schools,
government schools, colleges and universities.

For Business Creation Division, they are local
development centre (Centre local de développement-CLD), Community Futures
Development Corporation (CFDC), youth employment centre (Carrefour
jeunesse-emploi-CJE), chamber of commerce, etc.

The mandate of the Local Representative, inter alia, is to receive
application packages, form the juries at the local level and send the
winning applications on to the regional office.
Regional Level:
Seventeen organizations coordinate the Contest’s
regional level. The mandate of Regional Representative,
inter alia, is to coordinate the activities of the local representatives,
organize a launching ceremony, form the juries at the regional level and
send the winning applications at the provincial level and organize an
awards ceremony.
Provincial Level:
The duties of the provincial
organization include :

to coordinate and ensure
compliance with regulations

to prepare and diffuse the
communication tools

to coordinate the activities of
the local and regional representatives

to seek provincial sponsors

to form the provincial juries

to announce the winners at the
Provincial
Grand Prize Gala
